Enrollment Information

LSA is excited to work with a new enrollment partner for the 2025 - 2026 school year: SwiftEnroll.

SwiftEnroll is a platform designed to simplify the enrollment process for educational programs and activities.
It allows parents to browse available classes, submit enrollment requests, and manage their children’s schedules all in one place.

How it Works

Getting Started

  • Create an Account

Sign up for a LSA account to access all features. You’ll need to provide basic contact information to get started.
**Only create one account per family. In the future, additional parents/guardians will have access to the account.

  • Add your Children’s Information

Add your children’s information to your account. This includes their name, grade level, and teacher information.

Enrollment Process

The enrollment process is a lottery, followed by open enrollment for any remaining spots.

  • Preview Classes (“Sneak Peek”)

During the preview period, you can browse all available classes for the upcoming enrollment period. This gives you time to discuss options with your children before enrollment opens.

  • Submit Lottery Enrollment Requests

When enrollment opens, submit requests for the classes your children want to take. You can rank your preferences to increase the chances of getting into preferred classes. You can sign up for back to back classes on the same day. For example: you can sign up for Mon 2:40 Little Chefs and Mon 3:50 Yoga, just rank your preference. Sibling requests and financial aid requests should be made when submitting lottery enrollment requests.

  • Lottery & Open Enrollment

After the lottery enrollment period closes, a lottery process assigns students to classes based on availability, rank-choice selections, and sibling preferences. SwiftEnroll will send an email with the lottery results and deadlines for accepting or declining classes. Classes with any remaining spots will become immediately available for Open Enrollment following the close of the lottery.

If you are looking to add a class after the lottery has ended, check SwiftEnroll regularly. As some families will decline Lottery placement offers and Waitlist offers, and spots in classes may become available.

  • Accept or Decline Lottery Placement Classes

Log into your SwiftEnroll account to review the classes for which your children have received lottery placements and Accept or Decline each class. After accepting a class, you have reserved your spot in the class. Once the class reaches minimum capacity, you will be notified by SwiftEnroll to make a payment.

If a class does not reach minimum capacity, it may be canceled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified and the class will be removed.

  • Waitlist
If your child is on a waitlist and a spot becomes available, SwiftEnroll will notify you to Accept/Decline the offer before the deadline.
If the class has already reached minimum capacity, you can pay for the class once you Accept the offer. If the class has not reached minimum capacity, you will be notified when it does, and then be prompted to complete payment.

  • Make Payments

After you accept a class and it reaches the minimum enrollment, you will be able to pay for the class online through a secure payment system on SwiftEnroll.
If you have applied for financial aid, you will not be able to pay until your application has been reviewed. Do not worry, your spot will be held until then!

  • View Your Schedule

At any time you can view your children’s complete schedule, including class dates, times, and locations for any paid classes. Your schedule will be updated automatically as you enroll in new classes and can be synced to your personal calendar.
